HIP roof converted to a gable end with 2 apex dormers. This loft was slightly unusual, as the customer wanted French Windows opening onto a balcony. We were more than happy to oblige! The build consisted of a bedroom, walk in wardrobe room and ensuite with shower. This loft did not require planning permission, and was done under standard Building Control Approval.
